You can submit your application anytime online or stop by during regular office hours to submit your application in person. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner and to be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. At the time you submit your application, a processing fee and document fee of $45 per applicant and a lease initiation fee of $250 will be due. If it has been longer than 7 days, please call the front office at 385-533-4238 and we would be happy to check on the status of your application.

We are excited for you to call The Terrace at Academy Village home! Move-in expenses include your 1st month’s rent and security deposit. Any other service you have added on will also be due at that time.

Your rent payment includes your monthly rent plus any additional bundle services you signed up for at the time of your lease.
